Economics
Economics is often one of the driest subjects taught in college. My own class was taught in the college library, in a dark and warm room, directly after lunch. Perhaps my famously soft-spoken professor would have done better to keep the attention of the class had he followed the example of the Benevolent Dictators, a music group out of Granby, CT. They were somehow able to coax 8 songs out of the economic philosophy of Adam Smith for their new Silent Revolution album. I am sure that we would all find Econ 101 slightly more engrossing if it were held as a sing-along rather than as a lecture.
No word on whether or not guitars on this album were performed by a human or the invisible hand.
