Nathan Larsen is the Chief Investment Officer of Executive Wealth Management (EWM). He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Nathan’s specialties include developing, testing, and implementing systematic rules-based investment strategies as well as fundamental research. He served as a consultant to the firm starting in 2006, and in 2016 joined Fortunatus Investments, a separate affiliated company of EWM, full-time as Chief Investment Officer. Fortunatus later merged with EWM in 2022. Before joining the EWM family full time, Nathan was the Director of Research at AdvisorGuide, LLC, an investment research firm.
Nathan, his wife and their two boys reside in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He grew up in the Chicagoland area and holds a Bachelor of Art in History from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana.
Kevin Scully is a Quantitative Financial Analyst at EWM Investment Solutions since 2015. He is a CFA Charterholder - a globally recognized designation that measures the competence and integrity of financial analysts.
Kevin aids in the collection, maintenance, and quantitative analysis of the financial data needed to develop and maintain the models for EWM Investment Solutions. He is one of the main contributors to EWM’s Protactical™ Weekly Market Update newsletter, which is focused on investment news.
Kevin enjoys spending time with his twin niece and nephew. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Wayne State University
Steven Kahan is an Investment Analyst at EWM Investments Solutions, an affiliated company of Executive Wealth Management. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Previously, Steven worked as a research analyst for Lighthouse Partners, a global alternative asset manager. He also has experience as an associate economist at a boutique macroeconomic consultant called Free Market, Inc., based in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois.
